Imagine
were one of the first big name software houses to appear on the scene
in the early 1980`s. The early success was on the back of the game
Arcadia, which was at the time one of the biggest selling games. The
company was formed by Mark Butler and David Lawson who had both left
Bug Byte software to form the companyin a small front room after several
disagreements with the Bug-Byte management. The company almost form
the start was doomed. With poor management and unpaid bills the company
was eventually wound up on Monday 9th July 1984 at the High Court
of Justice.
